Any shortage or damage in a shipment must be reported within 3 business days and prior to any product being installed. Any product installed or altered in anyway will be non-returnable. We assume no responsibility if there is a shortage and we are told more than 3 business days after receipt of order by customer. All products and orders must be returned to MadisonMotorParts within 10 days of the receipt of product with an RMA number. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning an products or orders. Refund will be given in full less actual shipping costs, less 20% restocking fee. If defect in an item, MadisonMotorParts will replace at no cost, or send a complete refund less shipping, item defects must be explained and shown to MadisonMotorParts prior to installation. MadisonMotorParts assumes no responsibility for items installed on a customers car with defects without notifying MadisonMotorParts before installation. MadisonMotorParts is not responsible for installation costs of any product installed on a customers car and later removed. Refunds are given when the merchandise is received as we shipped. If the products are damaged in shipment or the parts are not in the box, we are not responsible. The products must be complete and we must be able to resell the merchandise. Merchandise cannot be installed, used, altered or destroyed. MadisonMotorParts does not refund or ship merchandise a second time if the original order tracking number shows delivered. Under hood painted, chrome and carbon fiber are covered under warranty repair for one year from the date of purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

  • Painted Fuel Rail Covers - These are custom painted to order and are not available for return unless defective part. Painted Fuel Rail Covers damaged during installation do not qualify as defective. You must remove your fuel line to install the covers. The paint will chip off if it comes in contact with the fuel line. Tape or oil applied to fuel line will not assure same installation.
  • Painted MGP Caliper Covers - We special order these from MGP, once painted they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Airbrushed items - Once started these cannot be canceled for a refund. These are 100% custom made to order and there is no refunds once they are started.
  • Lloyd Floor Mats - Once mats are custom made to order no refund can be sent if customer decides to cancel order. Mats take 3- 5 business days to make from order date. Please order carefully and double check your logo selection before submitting the order.
  • Stripe Kits - We do not accept returns on these. They are custom made to order.
  • Exhaust Systems - These are very expensive to ship and easily damaged if opened. No refunds will be given on opened exhaust systems, even if you tape it back shut. If an exhaust system is returned and not perfect and has been opened, it will be the customers responsibility to pay for MadisonMotorParts to ship back to the customer and no refund will be given. If an exhaust is unopened and perfect, MadisonMotorParts will refund less 20% restock fee. We do not refund any shipping. There are no refunds or exchanges for exhaust systems that are installed. Do your research on the internet before purchasing, listening to YouTube clips and make your decision. We highly recommend calling and talking to us if you are unsure of the sound or performance you seek. It is not our responsibility to accommodate you guessing the sound/performance/drown, etc.
  • Electronic/Electric Parts -No returns or refunds - no exceptions.
  • Clear Invisible Bras/Kits - These are cut to order, very expensive material. These can be returned but there is a 25% restocking fee.
  • Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.

Other information:
  • MadisonMotorParts, LLC does everything possible to match the color of paint on our parts. If for any reason a part does not match your paint, contact MadisonMotorParts, LLC and we will pay to have the product picked up and paint it again to make sure it matches your car. MadisonMotorParts, LLC will not pay for another body shop or paint shop to paint a part that does not match your car. MadisonMotorParts, LLC will only pay to ship that product back to our shop and MadisonMotorParts, LLC will paint that product again, for free to the customer and re-ship to the customer at no charge.

All installation and use of the products purchased from MadisonMotorParts/Josh's Muscle Car Parts are done at the owners own risk. MadisonMotorParts/Josh's Muscle Car Parts can not be held responsible for any damage to your car or injury to yourself caused by the installation or use of the products purchased here .
