Many vehicles fit it with little or no lift. A lot of Jeep Wranglers and half ton trucks clear a 33 inch tire on stock suspension or with a small leveling kit. The 12.4 inch width is where you can run into trouble, so check clearance at full steering lock.
Wheel width and offset matter. A 17x8.5 to 17x10 wheel is the usual range for this size. Too much negative offset pushes the tire into the fender and the flares.
Speedometer. Stepping up from a factory 31 or 32 inch tire will make your speedometer read a little low until it is recalibrated.
