Plan on a lift. A 37 inch class tire usually needs at least a leveling kit and some trimming on a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck, and a 2 to 3 inch lift gives you breathing room. Half ton trucks typically need a 4 to 6 inch lift.
Check brake clearance and offset. Most trucks with factory 18s clear their brakes, but wheel width and backspacing decide whether you rub at full lock. An 18x9 is a common pairing for this size.
Gearing and speedometer. Moving up from a factory 275/70R18 adds about 3.5 inches of height, so recalibrate your speedometer and consider re-gearing if you tow heavy.
