NSA RV Products RB-4000 Receiver Style Ready Brake

The NSA RV Products RB-4000 Ready Brake is a receiver style supplemental brake for the car you flat tow behind your motorhome. It is a surge brake, so when the motorhome slows, the push from the towed car works the brakes on that car. There are no electronics to program or a box to set in the driver seat.

Braking is instant and proportional, so a light stop gets light braking and a panic stop gets full braking. A dash light comes on in the motorhome when the towed car brakes are applied. Once it is installed, hooking up and unhooking takes about as long as connecting the tow bar. It works with hitch mounted tow bars and virtually any tow vehicle.
