Part Numbers: W93343 Rear Subframe - Mount Bushing The Whiteline kit replaces the bushings in the rear subframe to dramatically reduce rear cross member misalignment and movement which allows a more positive feel from the rear end during cornering. Recommended for motorsport applications. Features:

Fitting Instructions: For: Rear Cradle Mount Bushes To suit: Chrysler 300c/Magnum These instructions are to be used in conjunction with Workshop manual NB: It is recommended that a licenced workshop or trades person carry out the above procedure and that workshop manual procedures are followed in addition to the above. 1. Raise the vehicle on the stands and remove the rear road wheels. 2. Remove the tail shaft mounting bolts and remove the shaft. 3. Remove the rear mufflers and mounts. 4. Remove the park brake cables and wiring harness plugs. 5. Remove upper shock absorber mounting bolts. 6. Using a suitable lifting jack, support the cradle on the jack and loosen off the four cradle mounting bolts. 7. Lower the cradle from the vehicle and remove (it is recommended at this stage that the differential assembly is removed to make it more manoeuvrable in the press). 8. Using a suitable press and tolls press the four cradle bushes out of the cradle and discard. 9. Make sure all surfaces are clean of rust, grease, dirt and burrs, repair or replace as necessary. 10. Install The 2 x Replacement 9172A bushes into the top side of the cradle on the front mount. 11. Install the 2 x Replacement 9172C bushes to the top side of the cradle on the rear mount. 12. Install the 2 x Replacement 9172B bushes into the underside of the cradle on the front mount 13. Install the 2 x Replacement 9172D bushes into the underside of the cradle on the rear bush. 14. Apply a liberal amount of grease to the crush tube bore and flange faces. 15. Insert the 62mm long crush tube into the front two mounts. 16. Insert the 67mm long crush tube into the rear two mounts. 17. Re install the cradle to the vehicle and using the supplied washers install the spacer under the front bolts only. 18. Re fit removed items and lower the vehicle. 19. Carry out wheel alignment. 20. Road test.
